MNS低壓抽屜柜框架為組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，基本骨架由C型鋼材組裝而成;MNS型組合式低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的每一個(gè)柜體分隔為三個(gè)室，即水平母線室(在柜后部)，抽屜小室(在柜前部)，電纜室(在柜下部或柜前右邊)。其操作步驟為：
The frame of MNS low-voltage drawer cabinet is a combined structure, and the basic framework is assembled from C-shaped steel; Each cabinet body of MNS type combined low-voltage switchgear is divided into three rooms, namely, horizontal bus room (at the rear of the cabinet), drawer room (at the front of the cabinet), and cable room (at the bottom of the cabinet or at the right of the front of the cabinet). The operation steps are:
a：在遠(yuǎn)程、就地旋紐旁邊的有一小孔(右下方)，用小螺絲刀伸進(jìn)小孔向下壓擋板。
a: There is a small hole (lower right) beside the remote and local buttons. Use a small screwdriver to reach into the small hole and press down the baffle.
b：在一次關(guān)左側(cè)有一小孔，同樣用另一小螺絲刀伸進(jìn)去頂開(kāi)。
b: There is a small hole on the left side of the door at one time, and another small screwdriver is also used to push it in and open it.
c：兩螺絲刀同時(shí)用力解鎖，打開(kāi)抽屜門。
c: Unlock the drawer door with two screwdrivers at the same time.
d：手動(dòng)調(diào)整一次開(kāi)關(guān)前面連桿(有時(shí)往往打不開(kāi)，就是因?yàn)樵撎庍B桿卡住)斷開(kāi)主開(kāi)關(guān)。
d: Manually adjust the front connecting rod of the primary switch (sometimes it can't be opened because the connecting rod is stuck) to disconnect the main switch.
e：再確認(rèn)主開(kāi)關(guān)下方的機(jī)械連桿是否已釋放到位，若沒(méi)到位，活動(dòng)一下即可。
e: Then confirm whether the mechanical linkage under the main switch has been released in place. If not, move it.
f：旋開(kāi)二次開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕，抽出位置
f: Release the secondary switch button to the safe withdrawal position
g：抽出抽屜，然后復(fù)位，恢復(fù)送電。
g: Pull out the drawer, then reset it and resume power supply.
h：只有一次開(kāi)關(guān)與二次開(kāi)關(guān)嚙合到位抽屜才能抽拉自如、開(kāi)關(guān)才能旋轉(zhuǎn)流暢。
h: Only when the primary switch and the secondary switch are engaged in place can the drawer be pulled freely and the switch can rotate smoothly.
